Birthday bonus? No vip host?

I am a loyal member of bcgame for almost 4 years now. I am VIP 56 but my vip host was removed because I didn't gamble too much in between that's fine.

 

It's my birthday today and I've lost so much these days. Some bonus for me please?  As a loyal member of bcgame community for years I feel something will make my birthday even brighter.

This same thing happened to me. I also have been with BC.Game for 4 years. I’m VIP 60 with 4k xp left to level up to VIP 61. I haven’t had the easiest time lately being able to wager or anything on bc.game. 
 

i got a notification about how my vip host services are going to be stopping. Due to not playing as much. Which is not fair. Considering the loyalty I have provided Bc.Game and how much I have actually deposited there. I earned the right to have my vip host a long while ago. It is part of the advantages of being loyal and raising to the level that I am now with VIP. 
 

on July 1st, (my birthday) I asked support about being able to get a birthday bonus and they told me no and that I no longer have vip host services. Which is so wrong, on multiple levels. A vip host is part of the rewards you get for playing at bc.game, which I 100% put in the time, money and work to be able to have these rewards. 
 

since they took away my host. I didn’t get a birthday bonus like I would normally. I used to get little bonuses here and there as an incentive to keep on playing at bc.game. Which honestly was awesome. But now… I get nothing. I’ve even deposited quite a bit lately and I don’t even get any lossback of the deposits that I have lost. Like what is the point of playing at bc game anymore. There is no incentives on playing there anymore. It’s such a shame. Truly.
